Emails under your own domain are included in the subscription fee, up to 5 separate addresses.

If you cancel your subscription before your agreement time there is a cancellation fee of 50% of your remaining balance. In this case your website will be deleted within 7 days. If you want to keep your site and move it elsewhere we can help you with that for a one-time migration fee.

You can renew your subscription plan with us after 24 months. In this case, we will redesign your site for free.

At the moment it is not possible to use your own hosting within the framework of our subscription plan. We offer you reliable, high-quality green hosting, so you won't have to worry about it at all. Our hosting provider offsets it's CO₂ in a 3 to 1 ratio, so your website can create a real difference!

Yes, really. Working with a new service provider can be scary for many people, and we want you to sleep easy. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel it within 30 days, and we will refund the full amount.
