What kind of websites do you work with?
All our websites combine WordPress CMS, with fully custom design and code… we never, ever use Elementor or other WordPress page builders! If you have Elementor and you find your website too slow, we can help you fix this.
We can also offer audits and optimisations for Shopify websites.
What does the website redesign process look like?
After we receive your inquiry form, we’ll be in touch within 1-2 working days. We’ll ask you about the website, your goals and any ongoing issues with your current site in a short call or over email.
If we agree our website redesign service is your best next step, we’ll send you the agreement and request a deposit. Once this is complete, we’re ready to get started with your design!
At this stage, it’s time to review your current website’s written content. For redesigns, we usually recommend you refresh all written content, so that it matches your website’s new, improved design. If you need any help with this, we have a professional English-speaking copywriter on hand, who can help (see our “Trusted Advisor” page for more details).
Overall, the design process takes 1-3 weeks depending on:-
- the number of web pages
- the complexity of the site
- how many rounds of modifications are needed, if any (our prices include up to 2 rounds!)
Once the design stage is complete, we start the coding and implementation, which take a couple of weeks.
Once all of this is complete, we will launch your website – but our support doesn’t end there. Following the launch, we’ll provide ongoing site maintenance and help you get a headstart on SEO.

The website redesign process will usually take 2-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project.
What happens after the website redesign?
Once your website redesign is complete, we hope to continue supporting you and your website. For a low monthly fee, we can keep your website in a good shape, do malware removal, plugin and system updates.
