We showed the products from the customer’s perspective in the design instead of the technical perspective. However, the technical information is still available on the product pages. This way, people can learn and make decisions gradually: first by considering the appearance and function, and then by reviewing the technical details and sizes.
We switched to WordPress and added WooCommerce. We included all the product parameters for each polycarbonate sheet in an easy-to-view format so customers can select and start the purchasing process in the webshop right away. To refresh and modernize the overall look, we used more photos of the roofings—the real-life uses of their products—and showcased more social proof through their positive customer reviews.
